Outstanding bottle - lovely dark fruit, leather, spice, good acid and round tannins, with a medium+ body and a silky texture, all elements are in perfect harmony. It opened up nicely after an hour+ in the decanter - the fruit, which was subdued to start, shone through nicely, and transformed this into a quite delicious Shiraz! Greenock Creek is without a doubt one of my favorite Aussie producers. Buy, buy, buy..! (10/2010)
