Very youthful bright purple colour - dense, classic ozzy shiraz nose, all primary fruit black forest gateau with hint of spice though touch sweet vanilla bit forward - really good palette weight restrained, no over-extraction and nice dry finish - no development but all in nicely in balance - still a baby
NB/ Under screwcap - how long for this wine to start developing more complexity?
